CemNet Newsroom says Bloomberg reported that Dangote Cement Plc is potentially reviving plans for an Initial Public Offering sale in London. If so Whitehopleman will be very interested and the directors and senior staff will be interested to purchase shares in after market if such an IPO comes to pass.

Dangote has been one of Whitehopleman’s best clients in the last 10 years with training programmes having been delivered for indigenous staff in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Senegal, Tanzania and Zambia. Also benchmarking audits and monitoring the construction of line 4 at Obajana in Nigeria.

Whitehopleman therefore knows what a good cement company Dangote Cement is and would like a share, albeit we could only afford a very small share!
