It was good to read on CemNet Newsroom on 20th February that profits surged at Arabian Cement, Saudi Arabia in the 4th quarter of 2017 compared with 2016, although not compared with the 3rd quarter 2017. For the year as a whole profits were down compared to 2016. Might an increase in 4th quarter profits yer-on-year be a first sign of a change in fortunes for Saudi Cement producers?
