Whitehopleman were right about the unsustainability of the quarry operation.
Training
Last year I planned on line courses for me and Alfonso, that we are attending this year. For the next year, I am planning now to add at least two more young engineers. Additionally, we are planning to incorporate 3 new junior engineers to our Plant, so they also could be added to the training schedule. Our sister Plant has showed interest in training their engineers this way too. I have chosen this way because some advantages: (i) English communication skills is less demanding that in a traditional classroom fashion, (ii) Everyone can accommodate its schedule without need to disengage from everyday plant operation, (iii) Time between every course allow to better internalization of the knowledge achieved, (iv) Minor investment when comparing with attending FLS seminars, which used to be our way of training engineers.
