The 2024 revenues of the 4x largest multinational cement companies are shown in the bar chart extracted from the chart of revenues of the all the cement companies in the Whitehopleman cement company financial performance database.

On the criteria of annual sales revenue CRH are the largest cement company in the world with 2024 sales revenue of over 35 billion US$. Holcim are the second largest with 2024 sales revenue of just under 30 billion US$. Heidelberg Materials are third largest with 2024 sales revenue of just under 22 billion US$. Cemex are the smallest of this peer group of cement companies with 2024 sales revenue of just under 15 billion US$.

BBMG and Siam Cement Group might complain that they are not included in this peer group despite having 2024 annual sales revenues greater than Cemex. Whitehopleman will consider those Asian companies later.

CRH report their financial results in US$, but Holcim report in Swiss Francs, Heidelberg Materials in Euros and Cemex in Mexican Pesos. The US$ exchange rates used therefore affect the annual sales revenues shown in the chart. By convention Whitehopleman uses the prevailing exchange rate at the end of the financial year, the end of calendar year 2024 in the case of these 4x largest multinational cement companies.
