In April 2015 Whitehopleman was retained as Lender’s Technical Advisors (LTA) by The Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank (PTA Bank), Nairobi, Kenya to carry out an Independent Technical Review of a 750,000 MTPA Cement Grinding Plant to be operated by Kampala Cement Company (KCC) of Kampala, Uganda.
